JTC is an online chat application that provides concierge support for those traveling to Japan from overseas. Japan has many fascinating tourist attractions. However, traveling to a place with a different language and culture can be a bit confusing and anxiety-provoking.
Our concierge will support you anytime and anywhere like a friend who knows Japan well, making your trip more enjoyable and smooth.
■When you confront with a language bariier.
If you need to ask a local person a question that you can't find on the Internet, or if you don't know how to order at a Japan restaurant, you can easily ask a question via chat.
■When you are lost from the airport to your hotel.
Your concierge will guide you on how to take a train, buy a ticket, change trains, etc. so that you can arrive at your destination smoothly.
■When you have a Japan restaurant that you really want to go.
If you go to a popular Japan restaurant without a reservation, you may not be able to get in. In such cases, chat with the concierge and we will make a reservation for you. Also, your concierge will change or cancel the reservation when you change your travel schedule.
■When you want to go to a Japan restaurant recommended by a local.
Our concierge will suggest delicious restaurants recommended by local people, which are difficult to find on overseas websites. According to your budget, taste of foods, and other requirements, your concierge will suggest the best restaurants. If you even request reservations, you can leave everything to the concierge.
